Tell us during the walkaround. We do that before we pack up specifically so we're still there with the equipment out and can fix it. That's what our satisfaction guarantee means in practice.

What we collect

Information you give us

If you submit the quote form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle and its size, the service you want, the city or ZIP where the work would happen, and anything you type in the notes field. We use it to price the job and get back to you. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records ordinary technical detail when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and rough location at the city level. This is aggregate traffic data, not a file with your name on it.

Cookies and the tools we use

We run three third-party services. Each sets its own cookies or identifiers and has its own privacy policy:

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — measures how many people visit, which pages they read, and which ones lead to a booking. Google’s privacy policy.
Meta Pixel — tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising actually produces enquiries, and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. Meta’s privacy policy.
Setmore — the booking system behind the “Book My Detail” buttons. Booking happens on Setmore’s own site under their privacy policy.

We do not use these tools to collect anything sensitive, and we never upload your quote-form details to an advertising platform.

How we use what we collect

To quote, schedule and carry out the detailing work you ask for.
To reply to you by phone, text or email about that work.
To understand which pages and which ads bring in real enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that don’t.
To keep the site working and defend it against abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. It is shared only with the service providers listed above, in the ordinary course of them providing that service, and with anyone we are legally required to give it to.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number we may reply by text about your quote or appointment. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Your choices

Ask us. Email autoxmobiledetailing@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Block the analytics. Install Google’s opt-out add-on, or block cookies for this site in your browser settings.
Limit the ad targeting. Adjust your Meta ad preferences.
Signal it globally. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and customer records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and to meet Texas record-keeping and tax obligations, then deleted. Analytics data expires on the providers’ own schedules.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries reach a small number of people who need them to do the job. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not keep anything we don’t need.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
